My family and I had a wonderful experience coming to opening weekend! Good service, excellent flavors, great prices, and great atmosphere! I got the eel avocado, shrimp tempura, and California rolls (3 for $15 lunch special). They were delicious! My mom got the sashimi platter and she said the white fish was delicious and the other two were okay. Brother and dad said their sushi was excellent! Will be coming back soon!
Today was the 1st day of their soft opening, and I’m already planning my next visit the next time I’m in Rockville!
I ordered the scallop and steak hibachi — the protein was cooked to perfection and seasoned just right.
The Dynamite Mussels are a must-try from the appetizers menu — flavorful and perfectly broiled.
I also had the “Sexy Jalapeño”, which was stuffed and had just the right kick without being overwhelmingly spicy.
Finally, the special sushi rolls and nigiri were super fresh since their fish was delivered same day.
BTW — they’re offering 15% off all month long (July 2025) in celebration of their grand opening, which is such a great deal!
So if you’re in the area, this is definitely the spot to check out.
** There is free all-day parking at Twinbrook Station on weekends, and complimentary garage parking for the first 2 hours during the week.
My family and I came to their grand opening today and everything was so good! We ordered 2 sushi rolls, the sexy jalapeño, the dynamite mussels, as well as the bento boxes. This family owned restaurant was so sweet and we will definitely be back again!
